There was no over-promising—just honest, clear information and exactly what they said they would deliver. I would have been even happier if more of the properties I’m interested in were actually listed with them! Great service from SWJ from beginning to end. From first view of property the agent shared refurbishment ideas, which we've gone on to use. Debbie was our case handler, she was amazing, keeping in constant contact and sharing updates, chasing queries. Helping to keep the process seamless. Upon collecting the keys we were gifted a lovely company gift box and cards. Thank you.
